Regarding shipping&delivery, the customers may have some questions due to first cooperation or first time to import from China. Please check below FAQ and our answers:

1. Can you ship to my country?
RE: in most cases, it is no problem. Now China's logistic system for export transportation has reached almost all region of the world. Gitratech can ship single sample or large orders to worldwide. Please note, we suggest you to check out the import tax situation or any other import regulation in your country before ordering.

2. What Are The Available Shipping Methods? 
RE: generally it includes Express service, Airfreight, Seafreight.

1) Express service: it is the door-to-door service, including DHL, UPS, FeDex, TNT, or EMS. Express service is fast, but also expensive. It is suitable for small weight goods or urgent delivery goods.

To different continent or regions, the best or economic method varies. Our sales will choose the best and most economic way for your option.

2) Airfreight: it is also fast service, generally is cheaper than Express, the destination is Airport of import countries.

But it has a limit on the goods weight, minimum accepted weight by the Airport is 38KGS. Gitratech has stable and close cooperation with some forwarder, which enables us to ship the goods safe and fast to our clients. We will choose the best Airline for you after knowing the destination Airport.

3) Seafreight: this method is suitable for large volume goods, at least 1CBM. It is the most economic way, though takes longer delivery time.
In a word, which shipping method suitable is depending on the goods weight and volume, also as per customer request.

3. How Long Will It Take To Delivery?
RE: Total delivery time is composed of two parts: production time and actual shipping time.

Production time refers to the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. This depends on the order quantity.

The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the goods to be delivered by the couriers to the major destination.
By Express, it normally takes 3-7 work days, varying from region to region.
By Airfreight, about 7 work days, also depending on different destinations.
By Sea, normally 25-35days after shipping on board.

4. Is necessary to buy Shipping Insurance? 
Re: yes, for high value goods or important goods, we suggest customer buy insurance.We can help buy the insurance. If the goods is lost or damaged during transportation, we can claim the corresponding compensation.

Payment Method

We apply the most frequently used three kinds of payment methods in international trade system.
     T/T Bank transfer: takes normally 2-4work days
100% payment in advance or,
30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
Or other proportion as agreed by both parties.
      Pay Pal: secure payment, but it generates 5% handling fee for each transaction. Good for amount less than USD500.
      Western Union: 

Kind of method that you pay to a personal ID account. This is suitable for small amount payment below USD1000. It is the fastest service, can arrive at account in 15minutes. Especially recommend for sample order or small order.

Sample Policy

Gitratech attaches great importance on sample order or trial order. Please kindly check below our sample policy.
1.   The sample will be charged reasonably.
       We will refund the amount as negotiated by both parties when clients place order after sample approval
2.     For very small amount below USD5, if we see it is for serious business, and the client has its own Express account through which we can send the samples, we could offer this sample amount free of charge.
We have saw in many cases some clients asking for free sample, and free shipping. However, since each day there will be customers asking for free sample, the sample cost has become a huge expense that we could not neglect. For this reason, we do not give free samples randomly. Hope our distinguished clients could understand our situation. Thanks!

Order Procedure

How to place an order with Gitratech? 
This is a question that some or many clients want to know for starting first cooperation with Gitratech. Here below, please kindly check our full description. Thanks for your attention!
1.     Send us an inquiry either via or directly to our sales email address  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Our sales person will respond within 24hours (max), cause some inquiries may arrive us during our night.
2.     Choose the items and confirm order details, such as quantity, package, shipping method, as well as other special requests, with the help of our sales person.
3.     Issue a PI(Proforma Invoice) for clients to finalize the order and pay.
       The PI includes Buyer contact details, order details, sales conditions, and bank account info.
4.     After client confirms the PI, then arrange the payment for the order.
5.     Start mass production as soon as payment arrives our bank account and test before delivery.
6.     Deliver goods on time as arranged and by customer appointed forwarder or Gitratech cooperative forwarder.
7.     Follow-up goods status from the shipping date till it arrives clients.
8.     After-sales service and follow up of the goods. 
       If any faulty pcs during our warranty period(not include man-made damage), we will replace or repair it during the time agreed by both parties. Gitratech affords the freight charge back to customer.
9. For any repeat order or new order request, pls feel free to contact our sales person.  Gitratech sales will keep our clients updated or informed of the order status from the beginning.You can be rest assured of the order with Gitratech!

Quality Control

All products will go through vigorous pre-test before delivery. We aim to create 100% satisfactory products.
We have implemented the following procedures in order to ensure all products meet our customers' high standards: 
1. Raw material test:
All raw materials and accessories must be checked or tested before entering production facilities. All unqualified materials are immediately rejected.
2. For mass production:
a) Workers produce the products in accordance with provided technical documents. The first several products will be checked first by the worker, then by our full time QC inspectors. Mass production will begin only if the products have been tested and have passed inspection.
b) During mass production, personnel will periodically check products to ensure randomized testing. Our QC team completes a tour of inspection and parts are spot checked before they are able to move on to the next phase in production
3. Finished products and accessories are fully checked to determine their quality level. In case any problems, it will be rapidly and efficiently solved by our engineering department.
4. Test before Packing: before packed, the goods will be checked once again and made clean.
Pursuing the goal of "No defect on quality, No complain from customer" and provide satisfactory products.

Limited Warranty

All GitraTech Flash drives are warranted against defects in workmanship when subjected to normal usage for a period of one year and drives returned to GitraTech will be repaired or replaced if broken at our sole discretion.

Custom drives will be repaired when possible but such repairs will normally be limited to replacement of electronics when possible. Duplication of company specific logos or names or images may not be possible.

No specific or implied warranty applies to data stored on the drive either prior to original shipment (preloads) or after the drive has been distributed to end users.

GitraTech is not responsible for any real or consequential damages caused by any program or data stored on any drive.

Cancellations, Replacements, Customer Service

Once your drives have been printed, no further modifications or additions can be made to the graphics.
